Ingredients

1/2 cup cooked quinoa

Some curry leaves

1/2 tsp ghee

1 tsp mustard seeds

Method:

1. Heat ghee (contrary to what you think about ghee it has a high smoke point, and is needed in small doses), add mustard seeds, let them pop.

3. Toss up and down ready to eat with a squeeze of lime yummy!!
