This workshop will seek to lay the principles that guide women to have better hormonal health and bring them out of the ‘slump’ they find themselves in. The workshop will provide a one week diet plan, with recipes and supplements with antioxidant support. The workshop will also provide a roadmap for week 2 & week 3 of the hormone recovery program.

Fermented foods are foods that have been through a process of lactofermentation in which natural bacteria feed on the sugar and starch in the food creating lactic acid.
Natural fermentation of foods has also been shown to preserve and add more nutrients and break the food down to a more digestible form. This, along with the bevy of probiotics created during the fermentation process, could explain the link between consumption of fermented foods and improved digestion.
