The word kraut comes from sauerkraut which literally means ‘sour cabbage’ fermented by lactic acid bacteria, induced by a process of pickling. Our cabbage kraut has a mild, tangy flavor and you can enjoy it with an Indian or Western meals or rolls and in sandwiches or in salads.
