Alternative, Integrative & Functional Medicine using food


Since Shonali has been trained also to be an Instructor in her approach, she has designed several workshops to extend her knowledge to larger audiences. She has done this after her interaction with her clients, and addressing topics, which she finds need a more hands-on approach. She combines her Chef training and educating skills in these workshops.

The workshops are designed for community educators, health promoters, dieticians/nutritionists, a health-interest audience, various clubs, corporates and domestic cooks. Each workshop includes a lesson plan, learning objectives, talking points, hands-on activities, some involve cooking and handouts.
